Complete 5 Acre Design and Build

This large scale prestigious project combined a complete re-design and build of the 5 acre site.

The project involved extensive earth works and the importation of 700 tons of topsoil to compensate for the existing levels, but the design itself called for sensitive design using authentic building materials.

Our team worked with locally-quarried Bargate stone for the walling and New York stone for the paving. One of the two main focal points was the Bargate stone staircase which included 19 steps each capped with a New York stone tread and the second main focal point was the beautiful circular sunken garden. To create a soft landscaped effect, we re-graded the land around the garden, and finished the project with turfing, and a variety of plants and roses for a colourful finishing touch.
